| 2.Adamite Rolls |
The characteristics of adamite roll are among steel roll and iron roll that contains many alloy elements such as nickel, chrome and molybdenum; the base organization contains some carbonization and adopts special heat treatment technology; moreover, it contains high abrasion resistance, strong tenacity and good heat resistance; the biggest advantage of it is that there is no rigidity descent. It is suitable for strip steel hot rolled cogging roll and front section of finished milling; stick wire rough rolling, moderate rolling and pre-finishing rolling mill frame; omnipotence rolling mill, roll collar and roll ring of cantilever rolling mill.

| 3.Graphite Steel Rolls |
The capacity of graphite steel rolls is similar with adamite rolls and the biggest characteristic is that there are few superfine stone mills. It can enhance anti hot crack capacity and oxidation resisting sheet iron adhension capacity of roll, which is suitable for cogging roll or blooming rolling frame.

| 4.High Speed Steel Rolls |
High speed roll has very high rigidity and abrasion resistance. It is made by centrifugal way; the material of core is nodular graphite cast iron. It controls through element and heat treatment; the rigidity of operational layer can reach 80-85HSC; there is vanadium, tungsten, niobium and molybdenum compound carbonization on martensitic matrix that guarantees even operational layer and even abrasion of hole. This roll is suitable for finishing mill frame that can enhance working time and ameliorate surface quality of rolling material.

| 5.GNV Rolls |
5. GNV Rolls
Roll for rough mill needs some special characteristics combination; some special characteristics can counteract effect of each other; these characteristics contain abrasion resistance, anti heat crack capacity, shockproof capacity, heat rigidity and heat strength and so forth. Overfull reticulation carbonization can enhance abrasion resistance and shockproof capacity; however, it decreases tenacity of crack; it can promote hot crack development in cogging mill condition. It should add nickel and molybdenum alloy element for reducing carbonization effect and keeping good abrasion resistance, which makes base become bainite/ martensite (spiculate) that is more wearable than common pearlite base. Molybdenum element can enhance high temperature rigidity of roll.
GNV roll is made by adopting high alloy material with special heat treatment; the carbonization in base organization is less 5% that can satisfy requirement of rough mill frame.

| 6.Alloy Indefinite Chilled Cast Iron Rolls |
The operational layer of alloy indefinite chilled cast iron roll is fine crystal graphite. The volume, shape and distribution of graphite and carbonization can be controlled through chilling action and alloy content. The base can change into martensite from pearlite and bainite by adding manganese, chromium, nickel and molybdenum. It not only can enhance anti peeling capacity, anti hot crack capacity and abrasion resistance of roll but also has little rigidity fall for operational layer of roll. It is suitable for stick, wire, moderate and finishing mill frame of profiled bar.
