On the basis of traditional ICCDp, an enhanced infinite cold casting roll has been developed, which improves the wear resistance of En IDCP by adding elements such as v, W, Ti, and Nb. By forming graphite inside the material, En ICCP has achieved better performance in preventing thermal cracking and improving the material's resistance to thermal fatigue.
